- Leadership in Innovation Roadmap Execution: Direct and manage the strategic development and execution of the Innovation Roadmap, ensuring alignment with CredAble's vision for radical technological advancement.

- Collaborative Team Management: Lead the Innovation Lab, a diverse team of product managers, UX researchers, and designers.

- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, across the broader Innovation organisation and the Business Product Management organisation.

- Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with the CPTO of CredAble and coordinate efforts with the heads of the Innovation Engineering and DevOps Organizations, both led by VPs, to ensure cohesive progress and innovation.

- Strategic Product Development: Utilize your extensive experience in fintech product management to oversee the design and development of ground-breaking fintech products, employing agile methodologies and a lean approach.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders, such as the Founders, Business Product Management, COO and Business MDs, to understand their needs, gather insights, and effectively communicate the progress and impact of the Innovation Lab's initiatives.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in Product Management, focusing on fintech.

- Significant experience in B2B/B2C fintech environments, demonstrating a strong track record of successful product development and management.

- Preferred: Deep expertise in Fintech Innovation, particularly in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.

- Demonstrated excellence in designing and developing fintech products with a customer-centric approach and proficiency in agile methodologies.
