You Will Be Responsible For:
- Responsible for BaaS Business Development for the ASEAN with Revenue Targets on Annual Recurring Revenue and number of new Banking logos on-boarded for the region .
- Lead the sales cycle from Warm lead converting to a Sale; Sale to Implementation of the Platform and nurture the relationship post implementation.
- Manage relationship a network of Strategic and Business Development Partners (leading Consultants, Tech Platforms, other local Organizations to represent us) to build referral or co-sell arrangements to generate new business.
- Manage relationship with a network of ecosystem partners (e. g. Digital KYC solutions) who can strengthen CredAble's value proposition in the ASEAN region.
- Lead the participation in RFP or any proposal by CredAble in the region along with structuring of the commercial model and obtaining necessary internal clearance before the submission.
You Will Be Reporting To:
What will you bring to the table?
- Experience working in technology sales to Financial Institutions in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent negotiation and people management skills.
- 10+ Years of experience in BD Roles with other tech companies or Platforms with banks as target segment.
- Experience of prior business development focused on ASEAN or other international markets is a plus.
- Understanding of Retail Lending or Working Capital Financing, Supply Chain Financing or SME Lending is a plus.
- Focused on bringing in new Banking Partnerships and winning new mandates from both new and existing banks.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Fluent in giving presentations to top-level management of banks and other Financial Institutions.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Structured and ability to think on his/her feet.
