Job opportunity with a leading Media company.

The Creator Marketing will be responsible for scaling the business using creator and influencer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty programs with creators, communities and MCNs, using commercial and non-commercial partnerships.

Job description :

- Developing strategy for driving penetration amongst the creators, communities and MCNs

- Design a specific strategy that can evolve into a broad framework onboarding, engaging and building loyalties amongst the Hero, Hub and Hygiene creators.

- Take the lead to identify, evaluate, and manage partnerships that can involve marketing, content, influencers, and commerce components.

- Be a central point of contact for all strategic partnerships for creators across geographies, Genres and languages.

- Evaluate the economic and strategic cost-benefit of creator marketing programs.

- Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, Finance, Corporate Development and senior management to execute on the relationships.

- Develop best practices to foster, manage, and track opportunities.

- Support the strategic objectives and interests of business teams.
