The Ad Industry has been a landscape that has led the way for years when it comes to combining creative ideas with emerging tech and innovation. In this role, you will help uncover, craft and deliver on opportunities to partner with brands to ship creative work that drives brands' businesses forward while also leading the Industry forward on our Meta-platforms. We see this person being a pillar and partner to our Creative Shop teams in Mumbai and Gurgaon and the brands and agencies that are based there.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Continually inspire our clients and the creative industry by creating or co-creating game-changing ideas that shape the future of advertising
- Develop strategies and creative ideas that transform our clients' business
- Roll up sleeves in flat creative organization to lead projects end-to-end - insights, strategy, concept, executions, pitch, production
- Lead brand and business strategy discussions to uncover business needs and creative opportunities
- Uncover brand and consumer insights to inform creative direction and help businesses connect with people in meaningful ways.
- Partner with other Creative Strategists on the team, Sales partners, Product, Engineering and external agencies
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 4+ years of experience in a digital advertising agency or in-house team handling digital responsibilities.
- Knowledge of brand marketing and media communication
- Experience developing strategically grounded, insight-driven, creative applied in mobile, digital and offline mediums
- Experience translating data into meaningful insights that inform creative decisions
- Experience bringing an idea to life on a white board or in a presentation
- Experience influencing and partnering with clients and creative leaders
- Experience uncovering new consumer behaviour across various industries and platforms
