What Google is to search, Shaadi.com is to Online Matchmaking. In India, Shaadi.com pretty much defines the category and the Brand Marketing team ensures that this love & recall for the brand only grows with time.

Role:

Creative strategist will drive consumer acquisition, retention & conversion through effective copy,communication, and creative campaigns. Lead social media comms with in house resources,creative agency partners, influencer partners and other stakeholders to be one of the the top conversational brands on social media. Ability to come up with creative ideas and execute them with the team keeping in mind the organizational goal.

Push the boundaries, challenge the status quo and disrupt to grab eyeballs and make Shaadi cool on social.

What you will do in this role:

- Understand, question, and sharpen stakeholder briefs and deliverables in order to deliver the best campaign for the customer.

- Understand how social media platforms work at a deep and native level and leverage that expertise to exceed expectations on the campaign by deploying best practices in art and storytelling across media.

- Conceptualize and execute video content for IG reels and Youtube.

- Handle creative briefs on a day-to-day basis, collaborating with art partners and internal stakeholders to deliver results.

- Overseeing work from partner digital agencies

- Write everything from a digital film to a social post or influencer script.

- Ideate and create fresh, insightful digital campaigns that are customer-focused and create delight.

- Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing.

What you should have:

- Bachelor's degree

- 3-5 years experience in web content creation in web media with leading online firms or with companies who have a prominent online presence.

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects within deadlines

- Strong team player with effective collaboration and influencing abilities
