Key Responsibilities:

- To have an understanding of Brands,their proposition, their trajectory.

- To ideate and develop excellent concepts by understanding the briefing given by the clients and ensuring its utilization as a case study for future reference by sales department.

- To adapt fresh concepts for established properties and client led activations that distinguishes the Radio station from its competitors by constantly monitoring & tracking the market and competitor's activities.

- To ideate, present, execute, monitor - audit an activity from beginning to end.

- To work as a sales support team by convincing the corporate client with out of the box ideas which gives the organization a winning edge over others.

- To develop and contribute to show concepts, show content, contests, promos, commercials and everything else required to ensure the uniqueness of the concept is justified by all required additional support.

- Must have creative ideation experience in activations / AFPs.

- Prefer candidates from media houses or BTL agencies.

- Should have exposure to be part of sales team for AFPs and Client Led Activations.

Experience: 3-6 yrs

CTC: 5 to 9 Lacs
