Creative Manager / Head - Mumbai Location

The client is a disruptive Health Tech player that is solving the worlds Spine Care problem through Data Intelligence. In an era where popping medicines and being recommended surgery has become a common practice, company has changed the face of the game. With an algorithm developed over 12 years across millions of cases, it has treated back & neck issues in a most efficient and long-lasting approach. Launching in the US market in 6 months followed by the UK and the Middle East, the company aims to target the $1.1 Bn market with a unique offering for all types of patients through Clinic care, Video care, Digital care being made possible via its integrated mobile application. All of this enables tremendous experience, global exposure, and wealth generation in a short time for a dynamic, out-of-the-box thinker.

We are currently looking for Creative Manager/Head.

Responsibilities:

- Mentor and encourage creative and content team members to foster a positive work environment

- Work with the team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.

- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques

- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions

- Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients requirements

- Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team.

- Participate in and provide regular opportunities for professional development and growth to team.

- Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals.

- Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices.

- Serve as a liaison between the marketing, content and creative team.

Essential skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
