We're seeking a visionary and inspiring individual to spearhead the development and execution of all customer-facing and marketing creatives.

You'll be responsible for translating product strategy, business objectives, and desired customer outcomes into compelling creatives that resonate with our target audience and drive business objectives.

As the creative force behind our marketing and customer experience efforts, you'll lead internal and external resources, including copy, graphics, and UI/UX.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative translation of the vision and plan for Staccs, ensuring the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) align with the overall strategy.

Oversee the UI/UX process for Staccs, including designing a user-friendly and intuitive interface for both the core platform and individual client customizations.

Collaborate with Product Managers to enable the most effective features and journeys that enhance customer experience, reduce friction, and deliver the best outcomes.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to design creative components that support their marketing initiatives and improve the sales funnel.

Develop strong and compelling communication for Staccs' marketing assets, effectively conveying the value proposition and reasons to believe for potential customers.

Specialize in and deliver result-driven direct marketing communications, including email, AMP, WhatsApp, notifications, and channels best suited for the objective.

Manage the creative process for campaign materials when needed, ensuring they are on-brand and align with overall campaign goals.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Strong proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools.

Experience with digital marketing strategies and platforms.

Proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual and written content.

Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with Product Managers and Marketing teams.

Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing and user experience.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in creating marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions
