Responsibilities:
- Spearheaded the conceptualization, design, and execution of motion graphics and visual campaigns that elevate internal and external brand presences.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure that all creative output aligns seamlessly with campaign objectives and respective brand guidelines.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from ideation and storyboard development to final production and post-launch optimization.
- Stay informed on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating fresh ideas to keep our clients at the pinnacle of design innovation.
- Evaluate the success of campaigns through analytics and feedback, making data-informed adjustments to creative strategies.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion without compromising quality.
- Engage with external creative agencies or freelancers as required, overseeing collaborations to ensure brand cohesiveness.
- Present and articulate creative concepts and designs to both internal stakeholders and clients, iterating based on collaborative feedback.
What you bring:
- Proven experience with 5+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably within the marketing sector.
- Prior agency experience is a significant plus, showcasing your ability to manage diverse projects and brands concurrently.
- Deep expertise in motion design and graphic creation, supported by a portfolio that underscores your versatility and talent.
- Mastery of design software like Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and other industry-standard tools.
