- Lead the design and execution of creative campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital and print-social media, advertising collaterals, product marketing material and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to develop and refine design concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered within established timelines.
- Mentor and inspire a team of visual designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth and maintain design consistency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and actively seek opportunities to enhance Talent500's visual identity and user experience.
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers as needed, managing relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of design projects.
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
- Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
- Work with internal and external strategic partners to create communication using the most current industry best practices
- Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team
- Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions
