Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Thinking & Creative Vision: Develop and articulate creative strategies that align with client goals and market trends.

- Bring a unique perspective to storytelling and content creation.

- Prolific Writing & Scriptwriting: Craft high-quality copy for various media, including scripts, advertisements, digital content, and more.

- Your writing should resonate with diverse audiences and reflect a deep understanding of socio-political contexts and pop culture.

- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals.

- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and ensures accountability.

- Campaign Planning & Strategy: Plan and execute creative solutions that support campaign objectives.

- Collaborate on developing effective strategies that drive engagement and results.

- Client Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to create and present interactive, value-added strategies that captivate clients and drive conversions.

- Industry Research & Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about digital and new media industry trends and competitor activities.

- Utilize insights to enhance our creative offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

- Proactive Ideation: Drive creative brainstorming sessions, build strong client relationships, and provide leadership in generating and implementing innovative ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Copywriting & Scriptwriting Expertise: Demonstrated experience in crafting persuasive and engaging copy across various formats.

- Creative Visualization: Ability to conceptualize and visualize creative ideas and campaigns.

- Team Management: Proven track record of leading and managing creative teams, with strong skills in motivating and guiding team members.

- Campaign Planning & Strategy: Experience in planning and executing creative campaigns that achieve strategic goals.

- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with socio-political issues, pop culture, and digital trends.

- Research & Analysis: Strong skills in researching and analyzing industry trends and competitor activities.

- Client Interaction: Effective in developing and presenting creative strategies to clients
