- Candidate should have Understanding & interpret design briefs, Ensure timely delivery on creative & collateral to all audiences, and guide the team members to do the same
- Ensure harmony across all visual content and communication on the web, app, and social media, Lead Storyboarding & translation of ideas to the team on art direction, copywriting, graphics
- Guide team on Collateral & packaging design as per the adaptations required by user department, Determine production schedule by conferring with teams of art, copywriting, and production departments; outlining concepts and coordinating creative activities to arrive at the final output, Engage in brand strategy understanding with inputs from brand manager (s), digital marketing team, Products VM team, e-commerce team
