Requirements:-
- A key pillar for our growth has been performance marketing. As we continue to scale, we want to make sure that our messaging really resonates with our customers - across ads and landing pages.
- Hence, we are looking for a world-class creative head who can lead the creative team in creating highly engaging copy which leads to high conversion rates.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Spearheading and managing content strategy and planning for performance marketing campaigns
- Conducting regular brainstorming sessions with the team to develop innovative and actionable creative themes to improve ad campaign performance
- Managing a team of creative strategists and content writers
- Creating ad copies, landing pages and other performance marketing content
- Undertaking research interviews to understand customer behaviour.
- Managing design and development agencies in creating attractive ads and landing pages.
- Regularly conducting competitor analysis to understand competitor marketing campaigns
- Coordinating with performance marketing team to ensure campaigns are performing at optimum levels
- Analysing creative performance reports to get insights and adapt future creatives accordingly
- Creating content marketing funnels along with performance, SEO and email marketing teams
Key Requirements:-
- 8-12 years of experience in content & design
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Experience with creating ad content for performance marketing campaigns.
- Excellent research skills and ability to analyse research data
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills
- Experience with managing a creative team
- Ability to come up with innovative ideas and implement them quickly
- Good eye for design & attention to detail
