Job Description:-

- Developing concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns.

- Defining & implemented the creative strategies for on-air content promotions and marketing brand campaigns, servicing on TV channels and OTT platforms, across all customer touch points.

- Negotiating with clients to amend ideas in line with their wishes.

- Keeping clients abreast of progress and answering their questions.

- Storyboarding or translating ideas to the creative team of art directors and designers

- Determining production size, content, and budget, establishing details such as production schedules and management policies.

- Coordinating the activities of writers, directors, managers, and other personnel throughout the production process.

- Offline self-editing on Avid, directing and supervising online editing, audio dubbing, and sound design, commissioning graphics, visual effects, on-air talent, and casting actors.

- Handling the creation of music & footage in-house library references from outside & research materials.

- Leading multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.

- Leading teams in the development, design, and production of cross-channel campaigns including television ads and Digital Media/ OTT campaigns.

- Evaluating and, if necessary altering, the content of projects before completion.

- Monitoring post-production processes to ensure accurate completion.

- Ensuring all the organization's or client's visuals are consistent with the overall brand.

Qualifications & key Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Video Production, Film or related fields

- 7+ years creative leadership experience with passion for new technology.

- Well rounded portfolio required showing work demonstrating the ability to lead video content creation across platforms supporting multiple product categories and marketing strategies.

- Expertise delivering creative video content, strategy and direction for: TV, OTT-Web - Company website, Email, Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc...)

- Deep technical understanding acting as a SME on the power of technology on creative execution, customer experiences and efficiency.

- Operates with effective, well balanced combination of strong functional expertise and organizational savvy to drive and deliver key business results.

- Expert knowledge of non-live video and film production from concept through completion.

- Ability to provide concrete creative direction defining success for a large team.

- Proven experience leading large diverse teams with a focus on culture, engagement and optimizing team productivity.

- Dynamic, creative personality, effectively engaging in influencing the organization
