- Setting the trend and color palate for retail and export lines.

- Management and direction of a team of 5 designers.

- Guiding the entirety of work flow.

- Overseeing and ensuring the quality and high standards of all artwork created in the studio.

- Ownership of all deadlines.

- Encouraging the flow of new ideas and innovation, fostering a thriving creative work environment for each designer, contributing to - the growth of the.

- Good leadership quality and managerial skills - Should have patience and mature enough to handle a team of designers. Should be positive and motivating for the team members.
