The Creative Director produces Visual Graphics Solutions to the communication needs of clients, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. Requires imaginative flair, aesthetic sense, and awareness of current trends. While working within guidelines of the firm.
- Strategic partner to the firm's global corporate communications team.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate with clients to understand requirements.

- The Creative Director is responsible for the visual look and feel of the documents/output created in the team, which includes but not limited to:
- Conceptualization of ideas, visualization of outcomes and translating them into tangible creative output.
- Creating an overall theme or style to be used
- Choosing which art to use in the final product
- Looking over and approving designs of other designers
- Work with different types of media to incorporate different visually appealing styles and images
- Collaboration with designers and excellent communication skills to help others understand their vision for the project
- Working on complex client documents- Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Aftereffects, Dreamweaver), MS office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Creation (from design, inputting material, overseeing printing at external publishers) of marketing material (e.g. subject specific thought pieces) for distribution to clients.
- Assisting colleagues (researchers and team members) in improving the quality of their client documents (e.g. by taking a semi-finished document and improving it)
- Coaching and training team members.
