Creative Director ( Mainline/Digital ) - Mumbai
- The incumbent will be responsible for all creative activities of the agency including client pitches and handling current accounts.
- Shall improve the agency's standards of creative excellence while achieving the clients goals.
- Should be conceptually strong and an experienced presenter.
- Should have 5-7 years of work experience at a senior position in a mainline advertising agency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Should be a good leader to train the team and improve their creative skills.
- Ensure outstanding creative execution of campaigns within scheduled timelines and budgets.
- Must have experience in digital medium and platforms. Should have experience in handling digital campaigns across product categories.
- Oversee creative consultations with Account team to ensure appropriate creative strategies, schedules, budgets, production support and client presentations.
- Train and supervise assigned the creative team, oversee their creative activities to ensure they are on strategy, on budget, and on schedule.
- Maintain external professional relationships to assure the ongoing availability of specialized expertise, freelancers, and reputable studios/producers when their services are required.
- Participate in the new business pitches as necessary.
