Role & responsibilities
You'll be a working leader, generating your own ideas and inspiring your teams to do the same by providing leadership in the creation of big brand-building ideas across all channels through the lens of art, strategy, and technology.
- Oversee dozens of projects, maintaining high level of accuracy, quality, and impact across all
- Translate marketing objectives into strategically sound ideas and manage your teams process from concept to completion
- Oversee a diverse and geographically distributed team, with broad responsibility for the design and development of the visual, tone, and aesthetic character of marketing campaigns.
- Create the vision of campaigns while leading and collaborating with copywriters, art directors, designers, planners, and account service to bring it to life
- Lead the work into fresh creative territories by making ideas compelling, relevant, and desirable to our audiences. Ensure work adheres to and pushes the brand standards envelope.
- Lead effective, strategically driven, client presentations that create excitement and demonstrate how the creative delivers on business goals
- Regularly interface with clients at all levels and put them first, listening to understand their obstacles and hunting for solutions that are innovative and fresh
- Actively coach junior through ACD-level creatives, involving them in projects and inspiring their growth and development by providing consistent feedback, training, and growth opportunities
- Plan and manage budgets to ensure proper prioritization and utilization of resources
Assist with new business initiatives while growing existing accounts
- Lead recruiting efforts for creative talent in the India market,
- Successful candidate will possess Demonstrated leadership skills plus the ability to generate their own ideas and experiences while inspiring their teams to do the same
Executive presence, professional client service manner, demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management and adapt to business needs
Preferred candidate profile
Should have 15 to 18 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of experience as a Creative or Associate Creative Director with an IT / Telecom /Advt Agency / Management Consulting Firm
- Strong online portfolio demonstrating your innovative work across multiple channels
- Strong verbal and written English communications skills
- A strong creative network within the market, along with connections to industry and creative associations
