Description - Looking for a senior creative professional to lead the creative function for our client.

Client Details :

Our client is a global MNC in the IT services domain with offices across the globe.

The Description:

- Devise and implement concepts, policies, and strategies for various creative projects and oversee their completion.

- Work with Account Managers to effectively gain knowledge about customer needs

- Lead, manage & hire a team of creative professionals for various design works

- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas for Writing and designing copy

- Trains and guides subordinates to become skilled professionals

Profile :

- Comes with 12+ years of experience in the creative/design domain along with 5+ years in a leadership role

- Should have prior experience in the IT services/technology creative leadership roles

- Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development

- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

- Outstanding leadership and organisation skills

- Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
