Job Brief:
- To be a creative arm of the growth-driven marketing team. To deliver creative solutions for business problems.
- To churn out ideas and campaigns to meet performance marketing & brand marketing goals.
- To rapidly learn and unlearn the practices of the continuously evolving digital advertising landscape. To deliver platform-innovative as well as business-impactful campaigns.
- To mentor and lead a team of designers, editors, and content writers. To meet output goals with tight deadlines.
- Understand the marketing/business problems presented to you, and find creative and effective ways of resolving them.
Must-Have Skills :
- 6- 8 years of experience as an Art Director / Creative Head in an agency set up or with a brand.
- Portfolio of work that showcases your creativity.
- The willingness to collaborate with teams across functions and learn new skills on the job.
- The ability to think of innovative ideas with deadlines always looming around the corner.
