Creative Director
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a creative team including content writers, copy writers and visualizers to provide branding support to clients
- Understand, interpret and execute on client brand guidelines
- Design campaigns for client with the objective of achieving business outcomes.
- Be able to ideate and oversee branding campaign strategy and deployment
- Understand client requirements and provide solutions across creative media
- Work with the service delivery team to prioritize, plan and deliver on creative outcomes
- Establish processes and systems for creative ideation and brainstorming with team
- Research and build awareness on trending campaigns, applications and creative communication channels
- Review and guide creative team, including both copy and art on design, execution and deployment of brand collaterals
Qualification : BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset
Skills :
- 15 years' experience in the creative field and proven experience leading a creative team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
- Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
- Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice and activation
- Good understanding of design fundamentals including global style guides
- Excellent portfolio of campaigns and creatives
