Looking for Creative Director - Art (India), who will lead the India marketing team based in Bangalore for our client.
SUMMARY-
As a core lead of the India marketing team based in Bangalore, the Creative Director will be responsible for telling the Brand story to fans, journalists and all stakeholders around the world. The Creative Director will partner closely with the entire global and local marketing team to drive creative concepts of various marketing projects and turn them into engaging campaigns. You- re expected to have excellent knowledge of design principles including typography, grids, layout and visualization web standards with experience working with social media and video. You have a strong background in creative and marketing and a deep understanding of technology products, marketing strategy and execution of the content to be published via marketing channels, .com and social media.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure the creative cohesion of the client brand from Global to Local, strengthen the brand & visual identity of the product with commercial and production partners.
- Be the champion and guardian for the brand
- Create local content ideas for through the line materials, including social media, outdoor posters, video production, events (ticketed and sponsored), etc. for sales team to pursuit yearly budget.
- Execute highly engage-able, brand building locally relevant projects.
- Assist on co-production communication with various stakeholders in the organization.
- Working with social media team to ensure brand's digital and social media platform performance indicators are met or exceeded.
- Ensure that teams are well led and motivated with clear goals, resources and sense of direction and achievement. This entails close and regular contact with Department Heads and their respective teams.
- Monitor project timelines and KPIs of respective sections in Creative team.
- Knowledge of India's creative and media Industry.
- Having developed good relationship with key local production partners, digital video platforms, and/or TV stations through past working experiences.
- Equipped with knowledge and passion for Electronics, Tech, Fashion, Music, and Pop culture.
- Ability to lead, manage, cultivate, and mobilize her/his team and stake holders to engage target audiences via various touch-points - linear, social, website, events, etc. and achieve company goals.
