It is completely technology driven and transparent and has already built a community of over 150,000 investors and raised more than Rs 160 crore in capital from retail investors.

Founded in 2020, this Gurugram based digital platform is truly democratising investment opportunities and helping individuals find new ways of investment to grow their wealth.

Its founding team members include the leadership alumni of companies like OYO, Pepperfry, Morgan Stanley, World bank, among others.

As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our brand strategy, including brand messaging, visual identity, and creative content across all channels. You will lead a team of designers, writers, and creative professionals to deliver compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

What you will do:

- Developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives

- Creating compelling brand stories and developing effective marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth

- Defining and maintaining the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints

- Leading the development and execution of creative campaigns that support marketing and business goals

- Managing and mentoring a team of designers, writers, and creative professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives

- Managing the creative development process, from ideation to execution, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met

- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and approaches into our creative strategy as appropriate

- Developing and managing relationships with external creative partners, such as agencies, vendors, and freelancers, as needed

What you need to have:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

- 12-15 years of experience in branding, design, and creative direction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

- Prior experience in performance marketing experience is desirable

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns that drive awareness and business results

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Strong design skills and understanding of branding principles, with the ability to translate brand strategy into visual identity and creative content

- Solid understanding of marketing and advertising best practices, with experience in both traditional and digital channels

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
