Description :
- Lead strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent strategy across channels- social media platforms, video/short films, branding, corporate identity, packaging etc.
- Remain current on emerging trends in digital technology to incorporate new technologies into our strategy
- Communicate cross-functionally to understand creative needs
- Supervise a cross-functional team of designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and/or project managers in the strategic development of deliverables
- Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and/or production departments
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
- Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audience
- Present, or oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approval for deliverables.
Profile :
- Over 12 years of experience in either copy or art domain with adequate exposure to digital campaigns in advertising agencies
- Should have managed mid to large creative teams comprising of art directors, copywriter and studio experts
- Able to keep a close supervision on the day-to-day activities of the team while steering it with a vision to take it the next level
- Adept in taking briefs and converting them into outstanding creative campaigns
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent
