We are looking for a Rockstar hands-on Creative Director to join our team! You will be responsible for our creative strategy, shaping the brand identity & manifestation across all consumer touchpoints. You will be responsible for leading the creative vision and strategy to enhance user engagement across social media, merchant partners, brand activations, app merchandising etc.

Preferred companies: Cred, Dunzo, Swiggy, Cult, Groww, Uni, FiMoney, Jupiter, Navi, Ola, Rapido, Spinny, Snitch, Slice, Wakefit, Licious

Candidates who have worked with agencies but handled D2C brands/ clients can also be considered.

Work Location: In Office (Bengaluru)

Responsibilities:

- Own ideation, conceptualization, and execution of Key Visuals and Promotion Campaigns to help drive marketing objectives by leveraging the content to shape the narrative in a visually compelling manner.

- Lead efforts to bring together disparate visual directions within the organization, establishing and maintaining a cohesive and unified brand and design system for digital products.

- Strong sense of photographic and illustrated poster design and possess ideation skills that stretch across various communication media.

- Understand business priorities, the targeted consumer set, and their demands.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our product design processes.

- Provide mentorship and leadership to the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.

Qualifications:

- 6+ years experience in consumer-tech.

- A passion for great copy, creative and communication; to create timeless stories.

- Consumer centricity, out of box thinking and a knack for storytelling.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects, including brand identity, marketing campaigns, and digital interfaces.

- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

- Being up to date with the latest creative & advertising strategies, visual concepts etc.

- Experience leading creative input, development and execution from concept to completion.

- Exposure to Social Media Community & Content Management.

- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
