Job Overview:

As the Group Creative Director, you will lead the creative vision across multiple platforms and brands within the luxury product and precision engineering sectors. This senior role demands a strategic thinker with a profound mastery of visual and interactive design, branding, and digital communications. The successful candidate will direct all creative aspects, ensuring a cohesive and impactful customer experience that enhances our brands' prestige and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft and execute creative strategy for our group's brands, enhancing brand visibility and engagement through innovative marketing campaigns.

- Oversee the design and implementation of all marketing and communication materials, including digital interfaces (websites, apps), advertising campaigns, social media, and in-store visual merchandising.

- Master and refine our brands' identities, encompassing typography, color theory, design motifs, and overall visual direction.

- Lead UI/UX design efforts to ensure all digital customer touchpoints are engaging, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product development to align creative vision with business goals.

- Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality assets that are on-brand and on-strategy.

- Guide, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of creative professionals to foster excellence and innovation.

- Stay at the forefront of design trends, digital marketing innovations, and consumer engagement strategies to keep our brands competitive and relevant.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, creative, or a related field
