ABOUT THE COMPANY AND ROLE:

- This role is with one of our clients who is coming up with an exciting and unique range of designer protective skins for gadgets (mobiles, laptops, tablets), with the power of creating or choosing skin designs rested with the end user.

- This concept, with customised designer protective skins, is completely new in the market and the company has aggressive plans to expand in India and abroad (including Middle East, USA and Europe). In one of the recent fairs the product attracted huge attention of investors, franchise owners, end users and entrepreneurs. The company has already started receiving franchise orders for its highly innovative designer protective skins.

- The product delivery is based on the franchise model. All franchises will be centrally connected through network infrastructure. Machines that will produce these skins will be set up at franchise locations. End users will be able to use custom built machines at franchise locations to create their own designs or choose from thousands of already saved interesting designs on the machine for their personal devices.

- As the key attraction of these designer protective skins lies in their exceptional designs, our client needs someone to head the Creative / Design team.

Following are some of the key result areas for the incumbent:

1) Manage all design related processes, databases, tags, sourcing, campaigns and contests including web interfaces.

2) Responsible for overall quality of the design work

3) Develop creative strategy such as seasonal themes

COMPENSATION:

The incumbent will be part of the leadership team and will drive the creative side of the company. Given the challenge, excitement and leadership level of the role, the following compensation will be offered:

1) 10 lacs P.A.

2) Stock options
