Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh copy that is persuasive, delightful, relevant.
- Copywriting for product ads, brochures, flyers, blogs, etc.
- Write copy for product website (not blogging)
- Scriptwriting and storyboarding for videos
- Prepare HR & Payroll guides (e-books) based on raw content from SMEs.
- Prepare slideshare presentations
- Provide content and ideas for infographics
- Provide content for sales enablement.
- In short: communicate, communicate, communicate.
- Work with graphic designers to conceptualize the layout of marketing collaterals
- Work closely with SMEs and internal stakeholders for creation of marketing collaterals
- Serve as an internal journalist/writer for corporate communication
Qualifications & Skills
- Masters degree in journalism, communications, or mass media
- Creative thinking and a passion for communication
- Strong grammar & editing skills; exceptional writing skills.
- Familiarity with the psychology of persuasion / engagement
- Ability to assimilate information quickly from various sources
- Desirable: copy writing experience is an agency
- Desirable: exposure to HR & Payroll domain
- Desirable: well versed in social media marketing
- Proven learning skills
