- As our new Senior Manager Vendor Compliance & Audit you will be responsible for leading vendor-led audits and ensuring enterprise-wide compliance with vendor obligations and relevant regulatory requirements.

- It will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain compliance controls, policies, and training.

- You will also provide strategic insights to minimize risks and improve audit readiness across the organization.

Other responsibilities:

- Lead and manage vendor-led audits (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle), ensuring timely and comprehensive responses in coordination with cross-functional teams.

- Act as the primary compliance contact for vendor-related obligations, coordinating with legal, finance, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure audit and documentation readiness.

- Develop and implement vendor compliance policies, controls, and procedures in alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct compliance risk assessments and gap analyses, driving mitigation plans and process improvements.

- Design and facilitate training workshops to build internal awareness and preparedness around vendor compliance and audit expectations.

Your Competencies:

- 8+ years' experience managing vendor-led audits (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, or other similar large vendors), with demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional responses and ensure audit readiness.

- In-depth understanding of contractual compliance obligations, licensing structures, audit processes, and vendor compliance risk areas (including licensing usage, discount pass-through, incentive eligibility, and indirect sales models).

- Proven experience in developing compliance policies, internal controls, and training frameworks to address vendor-specific requirements and improve audit resilience.

- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans for vendor-related compliance gaps.
