Responsibilities:
Sales & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and preferences, recommending the perfect vehicle match.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate competitive sales deals and close transactions effectively.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers through exceptional after-sales service.
Sales Performance & Analytics:
- Set ambitious personal sales goals and consistently strive to exceed them.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales conversions and profitability.
- Utilize data-driven insights to tailor sales presentations and customer interactions.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Share best practices and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or minimum 4+ years of experience in a sales consultant role (automobile industry preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for building lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of automobile features, specifications, and competitive landscape (a plus).
- Proficiency with automotive sales software and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
