Responsibilities:
Sales & Service:
- Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus & Sabre) to efficiently process flight bookings for US-based clients.
- Craft personalized travel packages that cater to individual customer needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and foster repeat business.
Destination Expertise:
- Maintain a strong knowledge of travel destinations within the US & Canada, including attractions, activities, and accommodation options.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adapt service offerings accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in travel sales, preferably with a focus on US passenger bookings.
- Proficient in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus and Sabre.
- In-depth knowledge of the US & Canada travel market, including popular destinations and attractions.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to effectively communicate product offerings and close deals.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
