Role and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling life insurance products.
- Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and offer tailored life insurance solutions.
- Bank Collaboration: Work closely with bank staff to identify potential customers and create a seamless sales experience.
- Policy Administration: Assist clients with policy details, documentation, and claims processing.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to effectively position Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance products.
Must-Have Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in life insurance or health insurance.
- Candidates with a banking background who have cross-sold insurance products will also be considered.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and bank staff.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer needs and market conditions.
- No Freshers: This position is not open to fresh graduates.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum graduate/masters degree in any discipline.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in life insurance will be an added advantage.
