Job Title: Life Science Project Manager.

Job Summary:.

- We are seeking an experienced Life Science Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in managing projects related to pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, excellent project management skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.

- Lead cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.

- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.

- Conduct project status updates, progress tracking, and performance reporting.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Requirements:.

- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the life sciences industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to delivery.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e. , Agile, Waterfall).

Nice to Have:.

- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience with clinical trials, product development, or commercialization.
