Role Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to conceptualise, develop, and execute strategic partnerships.
- The ideal candidate will not only identify and create new partnership opportunities but also leverage existing client offerings to enhance our product portfolio.
- This role involves understanding the needs of both Across Assist's lines of business (LOBs) and our B2B clients, and devising win-win solutions.

- Experience in creating loyalty programs, products for credit card companies or super apps are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of bundling strategies, pricing models, and delivery mechanisms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market insights for decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
