Responsibilities:
Partnership Management:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships across various industries or sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee partnership agreements and ensure adherence to terms.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze partnership performance using relevant metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize partnership effectiveness and generate ROI.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success.
Growth Strategy & Development:
- Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform partnership strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of partnership programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in data analysis tools (a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment
