Digital Account Manager


Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all digital marketing needs.

- Proactively communicate with clients, understand their unique business objectives, and provide strategic digital marketing guidance.

- Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:

- Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies aligned with each client's specific goals and target audience.

- Oversee the execution of digital campaigns across various channels, including social media management, performance marketing, influencer marketing, SEO, and website optimization.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results and maximize ROI.

Content Creation & Reporting:

- Work collaboratively with internal teams (design, content creators) to ensure the development of high-quality content for digital channels.

- Prepare regular reports for clients, presenting key performance metrics (KPIs) and demonstrating the impact of digital marketing initiatives.

Project Management & Innovation:

- Manage and oversee the execution of digital projects on behalf of clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing agency or client-side environment.

- Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and delivering results.

- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, content marketing, etc.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical ability and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
