Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and opportunities.

- Client Support & Retention: Ensure continuous client satisfaction through proactive engagement, addressing any concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Project Management: Manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with clients' expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to meet client needs and drive business growth.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or consulting.
- Strong experience in consultative sales, including identifying client needs, proposing solutions, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze client data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, capable of selling complex solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple client needs and priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
