SaaS Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the SaaS market.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers for our SaaS offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and challenges to deliver tailored SaaS solutions and foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and drive upsell/renewal opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS products.
- Negotiate and close deals, consistently exceeding assigned sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business development goals.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS landscape and current market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve set goals
