Area Sales Manager


Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales operations processes and procedures.

- Generate reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to sales and leadership teams.

- Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.

- Create and maintain sales collateral and marketing materials to support sales efforts.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors within the education sector.

- Assist in the development and execution of targeted sales campaigns for educational institutions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations role, preferably within the B2B or education sector.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau).

- Excellent business planning and strategic thinking capabilities.

- Demonstrably strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Experience developing and executing effective sales strategies.

- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.

- Experience working in the education sector is a highly desirable advantage.

- Bachelor's/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
