Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive growth within the school segment.

- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and market needs.

- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Provide guidance on achieving individual and team sales goals.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at schools, including principals, administrators, and teachers.

- Understand their needs and align product offerings to drive sales.

- Sales Targets: Set and meet ambitious sales targets in line with company objectives.

- Track sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals.

- Market Insights: Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.

- Provide strategic recommendations to improve sales efforts and product offerings.

- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals with schools, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Resolve objections and deliver impactful presentations that demonstrate the value of Crack-ED's solutions.

- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.

- Use data-driven insights to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- An MBA is a plus.

Experience:


- 2+ years of experience in sales within the education sector, with a focus on school sales.

- Previous experience in managing a sales team is highly desirable.

Skills:

- Proven track record in sales strategy development and achieving sales targets.

- Strong experience in team management and leadership in a sales context.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders in schools.

- Ability to analyze sales data and leverage insights for continuous improvement.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- A deep understanding of the education sector and its evolving needs
