Job Summary:
- Working with business development resources, develop and deliver solutions including but not limited to specific analytic projects, solution ID's, pilots, analytic centers of excellence, etc.
- Responsible for quality and timeliness of deliverables, and client satisfaction. Works closely with analytic delivery team, and is the consultative face of company's to the client.
- Builds solutions, presents major findings, and works directly with client business owners and CXO levels for ongoing penetration and cross selling.
- Alignment with CPG / Retail vertical teams, Analytics team, NPS team and appropriate SEP teams.
Job Objective:
- Front office analytic deliverables/solutions require a direct and more senior level company's interface to ensure high quality solutions creation and delivery, and to be the interpreter for company's offshore analysts to the client, and client direction back to the offshore teams
- Builds and ensures creditability with the client, facilitates repeat business , on the spot resolution of issues and client deliverable shortfalls, becomes the trusted advisor for the current and long term business opportunities.
Candidate profile:
- Direct experience with the CPG / Retail vertical. Ideal would be an individual who has worked within a CPG manufacturer with hands on responsibility for brand management, sales operations, TPM/TPO or analytic deliverables and subsequent role as a solutions, or operational lead with a consulting or process solutions factor.
