About The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing financial analysis, financial modelling, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities, as well as providing guidance on accounting and financial matters to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US and Indian accounting, with experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, and investment due diligence.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business goals
- Provide tax planning and preparation services to clients, including individual and corporate tax returns
- Conduct audits and reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including identifying areas of potential fraud or misstatement
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and develop solutions to meet
those needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, built on trust, professionalism, and expertise
- Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations, and apply that
knowledge to client situations
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives to improve processes and efficiency
Education/Experience:
Skills and Requirements:
- MBA in Accounting or Finance with CPA certification with CA.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis for SaaS running business with a minimum of 2 years in investment due diligence or a related field
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Indian GAAP for both Product and Services companies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Big 6 experience and experience in fundraising will be added benefit
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
