JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Professional with a proven track record of success in selling IT services to businesses, especially in the international market.The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics and a strong understanding of how technology solutions can improve logistics operations.
As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with technical teams to develop solutions that meet the customer needs.
JOB PURPOSE (Responsibilities)
1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.

3. Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
4. Manage sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and self upgrading.
6. Conduct product demonstrations via online conferences. Write proposals and response to RFIs/RFPs
7. Manage resellers and partners using farming sales technique.
8. Will be required to work in International Time zone.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE (Requirements & Skills )
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2. 10+ years of experience in IT services sales, preferably in an international context. (Strong understanding of logistics operations and how technology solutions can improve them is desirable but not a Roadblock. SCM domain experience is a High Plus)
3. Working experience for international market specially in North America, Europe and Middle East
4. Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people.
5. Strong presentation skills, especially for tele-sales and online presentations
6. Experience in using Social Media Sites to generate leads and sales.
7. Expert negotiating contracts and pricing along with RFI / RFP
8. Willingness to travel as per Business Needs
