Senior Executive Revenue
Generate revenue in your market by offering potential clients top notch experience from the initial tour to closing and onboarding them. You are focused on long-term deals (minimum 12 months), are able to articulate CoWrks value proposition to C-Level executives across multiple departments, and understand how to negotiate and navigate through complex deals to get them closed.
Responsibilities:
- Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual membership and revenue targets for the market
- Prospect and build pipeline for existing locations and future building openings
- Take tours of potential members, build meaningful proposals, negotiate and manage to close
- Develop a strategic sales plan to be executed within your book of business such as developing channel partner relationships
- Articulate CoWrks value proposition to C-Level executives across Finance, Real Estate, HR, and other departments as necessary
- Leverage Salesforce to maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast
- Work cross-functionally with Community, Member Success and Operations to optimize the member experience
- Uncover growth opportunities through existing members
- In some instances, be the local point of contact for Enterprise opportunities
