Covvalent - Supply Chain Strategy & Product Role - Founder's Office - IIT/NIT/BITS

ROLE: SUPPLY CHAIN STRATEGY - FOUNDER'S OFFICE

Experience - 2-4 years

Education - Graduate degree from a Tier-1 Institute

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Development:

- Collaborate with the founders and the members of the House of Supply to develop and refine the company's overall supply chain strategy.

- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify strategic opportunities and challenges.

2. Process Improvement:

- Identify areas within the supply chain processes that can be enhanced for improved efficiency.

- Implement changes and enhancements to increase cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

3. Product Management Integration:

- Collaborate with the Technology team to build and improvise features in the tech product.

- Provide insights into supply chain needs and challenges to inform the development of tech solutions.

4. Continuous Improvement:

- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain processes.

- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Supplier Relationship Management:

- Identify and establish strong relationships with key suppliers in the industry.

- Foster collaboration to drive quality, cost savings, and reliability through effective communication and partnership.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 Institute.

- 2-4 years of experience in Big 4 consulting, with a focus on supply chain or chemicals.

- 1+ years of experience in cross-border supply chain roles, preferably in a startup environment.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
