ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for driving the sales, business development and P&L for the Oleochemical Products in the USA, LATAM and Canada market.

- Developing the customers with product offerings, closure of sales contract, price negotiation, interacting with R&D/Process Development/Production/Purchase at the various levels within the organisation.

- Focusing on the inventory management, rolling forecast and stock maintenance for the oleochemical products for the assigned region.

- Participating in exhibitions, seminars, conferences and identifying the business leads.

- Identifying the new products, new customers, market intelligence, competitor analysis, pricing strategy etc which will help to increase our product offerings in the market.

- Ensure that the customer satisfaction are maintained at the highest level in terms of material delivery, documentation support, trouble shooting, resolving technical queries, getting collections and receivables on time.

- Contribute to sustaining and enhancing the organization's culture as a senior team member.

Qualifications:

B.E/M.Tech (Chemical) with MBA (International Marketing) from Premier Management Institute.

Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience in selling Oleochemical based products like Fatty Acids, Fatty Alcohols, Soap Noodles, Surfactants, Glycerine specifically in the USA, LATAM & Canada market.

- Location: Gurgaon
