Business Expansion: Spearhead the growth of Covvalent's specialty chemicals division in India and key emerging markets (LATAM, MENA, and SE Asia).
Client Development: Build and manage relationships with large enterprise customers, leveraging your network to secure new deals.
Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with market needs and business objectives.
Leadership: Lead and coordinate efforts across four business verticals - Pharma, Agrochemicals, CASE, and CPG - ensuring consistent progress toward strategic goals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators to drive accountability and results.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, industry analysis, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, specifically within the specialty chemicals sector.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products.
Market Research:
- Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics within the specialty chemicals industry.
- Identify new opportunities and challenges in the chemical sector.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and sourcing records, reports, and forecasts for management review.
