Role Overview: As a Senior Manager CPG, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, shaping the future of our personal care offerings. You will leverage your extensive industry experience to engage with major distributors, identify new markets, and propel our brand to new heights-especially in international markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Growth: Craft and implement innovative business development strategies that elevate our market presence and drive revenue growth in the personal care sector.
- Distributor Partnerships: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key distributors, ensuring alignment with our business goals and maximizing sales potential.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends and competitor movements, translating insights into actionable strategies for expansion and market entry.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business strategies and deliver cohesive solutions that resonate with consumers.
- Impactful Presentations: Prepare and present compelling business proposals to senior leadership, showcasing your insights and strategic vision.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor the success of business initiatives, adapting strategies in real-time to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
WHAT DO YOU NEED :
- Experience : 10-15 years in business development within the personal care industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Distributor Experience: Proven expertise in engaging and working with major distributors; international market exposure is a valuable asset.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a passion for fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and market trends, turning insights into strategic actions.
- Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Pedigree Experience: While not mandatory, a strong pedigree can enhance your profile.
