We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Lead to champion our initiatives in the Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) sector. As a founding member of our team, you'll be instrumental in steering our commercial insurance sales strategy, with a sharp focus on asset and liability insurance products.
Responsibilities
1. Experience in handling liability verticals in the insurance industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of liability insurance policies, coverage options, and underwriting principles.
3. Familiarity with legal contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks relevant to liability exposures.
4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess and evaluate complex liability risks.
5. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
7. Maintain an in-depth understanding of our diverse product portfolio and effectively articulate their unique value propositions to potential clients.
8. Deliver compelling and tailored sales presentations, highlighting the benefits and relevance of our offerings to individual client needs.
9. Lead negotiations to secure profitable deals, ensuring seamless handover to the account management team upon successful closure.
Qualifications
1. 5 years or more experience in sales for the liability vertical.
2. Ability to build and scale teams.
3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
4. Self-motivated
