Major tasks and responsibilities of Position :
Leading the Project Management for Indian Subcontinent: Responsible for ideation and monitoring of Inclusive Business projects in Indian Subcontinent. The position looks in to and evaluates varied financial options available for managing IB projects in ISC and monitors the same.
- Project Conceptualization and Planning: Based on the Road Map developed for projects in ISC develop Projects and bring out proposals to implement the same in close cooperation with Head of Inclusive Business.
- Budgeting and Monitoring of the projects in ISC.
- Establishes access to finance by closely working with World Bank(WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), KFW, and other local banks to support the IB activities in ISC.
- Work very closely with varied funding organization like USAID & foundations to understand the varied opportunities available to get access to finance to support our pilot activities in varied countries in ISC.
- Innovation and Knowledge Management at all stages of project Planning, implementation and Monitoring & Develops ready to use strategies and technical concepts including manuals and procedure to streamline program activities and ensures organizational Learning's.
- Engages in Project Planning and Develop Project Concepts including preparation organization and moderation of planning exercises and their implementation management, this also include proper documentation in cooperation with Head of Inclusive Business.
- Prepare and follow marketing plan to identify resources to deliver the targets which will help team to reach various different organizations and revise them after discussing with team and partners; identify and engage with partners ranging from corporates to NGOs to Government bodies for the same.
- Working closely with internal teams to leverage full support from BUs and to set up processes for - including coordination and cooperation with legal, procurement, sales, supply chain, logistics and taxation functions.
- Deeply involved with external partners to assist them, in their building of company and support them on all possible components including Finances & Project Management.
- Prepare and ensure the project(s) progress report/ related documents are maintained properly.
Education Background/ Qualifications :
- MBA in Financial & Project Management from Leading institute (Graduate/Post Graduate in Economics, Social Science, and Engineering).
- Min 5 years work experience in Project Management/ Project Consulting on Sustainability management or related field.
- Good understanding on activities of varied International Organizations & AID agencies.
- Understanding for people and their need.
